There are two kinds of commonly used calculation formulas for textile: the fixed length calculation formula and the fixed weight calculation formula.
Calculation formula of fixed length system:
(1) And Danielle (d) = g / L * 9000, where G is the weight of the silk thread (g) and l is the length of the silk thread (m)
(example: the weight definition of 140d Nylon high elastic yarn: the weight of 140d Nylon high elastic yarn is 140g per 9000 meters.)
(2) , Tex (size) [tex (H)]: tex = g / L * 1000, where G is the weight (g) of yarn (or silk), l is the length (m) of yarn (or silk) (3), dtex: dtex = g / L * 9000, where G is the weight (g) of silk thread, l is the length (m) of silk thread. The weight determination formula: (a), metric count (n): n = L / g, where G is the weight (g) of yarn (or silk), l is the length (m) of yarn (or silk) (b) Number of pieces in English system (s): S = L / (g * 840), where G is the weight (pound) of silk thread and l is the length (yard) of silk thread
2. Select conversion formula:
(1) If the unit of chemical fiber is D, then d number x metric number = 9000.150d = 9000 / 150 = 60N
(2) If the unit of chemical fiber is D, then d = 5314.150d = 5314 / 150 = 35.4s
(3) The conversion formula of dtex and Tex is 1tex = 10dtex
(4) The conversion formula of tex and D is tex = D / 9
(5) The conversion formula of tex and s: tex = K / S K value: pure cotton yarn k = 583.1 purified fiber k = 590.5 polyester cotton yarn k = 587.6 cotton viscose yarn (75:25) k = 584.8 dimensional cotton yarn (50:50) k = 587.0
(6) Conversion formula of tex and metric number: tex = 1000 / n
